SHANE’S BACKGROUND

Industrial demolition.
After serving in the Marine Corps, Shane built custom homes in Ohio, then started and sold a development company before moving into industrial demolition. He brings more than 22 years of Ohio building and demolition experience to his work in Florida.
That is Shane’s prior experience, brought into his role at Blackwater. It gives owners a practical starting point for discussing a new build, an existing property or a site that is ready for change.
