For smaller projects, in-house software can help us prepare renderings. For larger projects, we coordinate with architects and designers. We’ll also discuss existing drawings, preferred subcontractors and the decisions needed before an estimate can be developed.

Review the space and the design direction
A property visit helps us understand the existing building and the proposed changes. Bring drawings if you have them. We can discuss renderings for smaller projects and coordination with architects and designers when the project needs a more developed plan.

We work through the proposed scope, the choices that affect it and any preferred subcontractors involved. Initial consultations and estimates are free. The next steps, work and timing are agreed together once the project is clear enough to move forward.

What if I know what I dislike but do not have a design?
That is enough to begin a conversation. We can discuss the result you want, use renderings for suitable smaller projects and coordinate with architects and designers when a larger project calls for them.
Can we discuss a renovation when insurance is involved?
Yes. Ryan understands the property-insurance process and estimating platforms. That experience is useful when discussing damage, the proposed repair work and the documentation involved.
